Needed to purchase a part. I was told that this dealership had it in stock. I called up to purchase it and Kevin told me that indeed they had the part in stock but would not sell it to me. Their shop foreman needs to keep them in stock. I was taken aback, because I have never heard of a business not selling a customer something they had. Thank goodness they are not my local dealer.
