This review is only based on their request for donations, (the pink card we all get in the mail), for the second time in a row, I collect all my donations package them and leave then in my front door just like the card said, clearly visible from the street card attached. Only for them to stay out there all day on the day of the supposed Happy Truck pick up. This has happened two times already, and end up bringing my donations to the Salvation Army. Not sure I will put anymore donations in my front door just for them never to get picked up. Please review how you do this process. Thank you.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would!
D. Davis, who oversees the organization, treats those in the program as dollars. If one misses work, she gets really upset and asks (in a pressuring way, even if you're sick) after your doctor's appointment, if you can go to work. If you callout, ARC loses money, which is most important to ARC than the well being of these individuals, which defeats the whole purpose of this organization as it's intended to help those who are disabled and need that special attention and understanding. YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS HERE! RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Don't expect for them to bring up or inform you of i.e. sick pay (know your rights). They will run you over if they can. You'd think it's only D. Davis, but you see this type of mentality all the way across in ARC. They put on a happy / caring face in front of the social worker, but once they leave, it's a different story.
