Hillcrest is the best. I have brought my venison and beef to a few places and I will now go nowhere else but Hillcrest. They are friendly. They are knowledgeable. They are honest. Their facility is built so that you can see their process. They do the best at wrapping and preparing before freezing. Hands down, this is the place to go!!

I am so thankful I stumbled upon this place! Outstanding processing, facility, and customer service. My brother and I have been having our beef processed here for the last 2 years. Everything was first plastic wrapped and then put into vacuum sealed packages. Wow, what a pleasant surprise. Zero chance of freezer burn. Everything was cut and portioned exactly to request. This is an amazing facility, and once you go here, I can assure you that you'll be a forever customer. I certainly will be!

They did an outstanding job !!!
I can not honestly say enough at the Great Job they did with processing my deer. Truly professional work with a very clean and organized business. I am very impressed and the price is absolutely great. I highly recommend them for any butchering that you need. Totally AWESOME experience!!!

We had our venison made into bacon and they did a great job. They have a unique recipe that really does work for bacon. Packaging is done very well with nice labels. Great job.

First time using this business, recommended by friends and family. Had deer processed here and will definitely be using again! You get your own meat back guaranteed, steaks and loins all vacuum sealed, pork added to hamburger. Very pleased with these guys and super nice folks!
