I have severe chronic pain, anxiety, insomnia, ptsd, and I run a business called Still Smokin first head shop to hit South Reno in 2004! I also have 4 kids and they’re all in sports or working so I’m always busy. I take this at night 1ML dropper and depending on the day sometimes I’ll take 2ML and I feel my body and mind relax which is really hard for me to do without medication. This is the only tincture I’ve found that I actually feel work!! I also love how it’s made in the USA and it donates to vets! I buy this product once a month! I highly recommend!! ❤️

I had purchased the cheif sticks maui wowee sativa brand smokes a few resined really bad at the end creating the black tar, this was the first pack out of many I had bought to do this. I called the company not only did I get a quick reply but they replaced my package and sent me a few samples as well as an apology. The customer service was great and I really appreciate it!!!! I was a loyal customer before but this definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Placed an order for two items, but I really one wanted item A and was just ordering a bit of B to try out. Get an email A is out of stock and they're refunding. I ask to cancel whole order and I will re-place with substitute for A. No response. They then ship item B and I ask for a refund of shipping so I can place second order with substitute of item A without paying twice for shipping -- not my fault this happened. Again, no response. I have been sending emails and attempting to call but it only goes to voicemail. Finally get a call from one of their higher ups, and he says they are pushing the refunds through, and they did. But when I open the package it's not even my order. I got someone else's order. Again, emailing and calling with no response. The higher up had given me his "personal" number so I tried that. No response. Left more voicemails. No response. 9 days total as of today since this all started. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. If you have an issue you will be in Customer Service limbo.
