We chose Heritage Bakery for our wedding in November 2024 and we are so happy that we did! Heather was so patient with me in ironing out all of the details of our cake and our desserts, and everything was stunning, delicious, and exactly as we ordered. Their prices are seriously unbeatable and the quality of their sweets is just to die for. Highly recommend Heather and Heritage Bakery!

I’ve been to Heritage Bakery a handful of times now. The staff is always friendly, and the place has that amazing bakery smell that pulls you right in. They seem to have a lot of regulars coming and going, which is a good sign. I’ve tried quite a few of their donuts and pastries, and while it’s a solid spot if you’re in a hurry or craving something sweet, some things could be better. The donuts often feel a bit dry, almost like they weren’t made fresh that day. The Danish wasn’t quite what I expected—kind of dry and not as soft or dense as I’d hoped, but maybe that’s just my personal taste. It’s not bad, but it’s not the greatest either.

Got some donut for work. Everything is bigger size than regular donut shop or bakery. Is bigger better? No. Taste kinda dry. Taste like grocery store donut but size is bigger.

Best Bakery in town. Lowest prices for the most quality. I had them do my wedding cakes. Birthday cakes. And donuts for my office. Linda’s team never disappoints me. I reccomend to anyone.
They also do specific cakes other shops refuse to make such as marble dough.

Very geared to customer service. My family had ordered a cake that was dry and when I contacted the bakery, the owner immediately called back and apologized. She gave a store credit to my family which we used for delicious breads and pastries. Good, old-fashioned customer service!

My first visit yesterday to this gem of a bakery! Came for sliced rye bread-excellent! So could not resist jelly & custard paczki-wonderful! Also cherry streusal was delicious. The spinach and the cheese pie were excellent! So flaky and fresh! Next time will try the pretzel. Wonderful customer service and I enjoyed speaking with the owner-who works very hard every day!! Thank you for a wonderful, personable visit!

I tried this bakery for the first time and while everything looks pretty, the cake and cookie were dry. As other commenters have said, it tastes like it has been out for several days. I wanted to like this place because they seem to have a good variety of things to choose from but just not pleased with the quality.

Disappointing experience. Used to frequent this place for 15+ years. Paused going in the past couple years due to low, inconsistent inventory. Slow service but friendly enough. Asked if they had frozen veggie pasties which they did. Got home to put in freezer and noticed they weren’t frozen and one had mold on the bottom. I threw them away because I was turned off. Called the store for a refund. Provided photos by text. They were apologetic and wanted me to come in and pick up 1 fresh one (claimed they’re never frozen yet that’s the only way I’ve ever ordered them). I wasn’t interested because I’d lost my appetite for those. I did cut it in half to see ingredients as the outside looked different and this was certainly not the “old” Heritage pasty. This had peas, green beans and red peppers in it. Apparently new ownership here. In the end they would only offer store credit and really didn’t want to refund for all 3 because two didn’t have mold. Given the higher prices and recipe changes, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
