Definitely don’t choose delivery. Make sure you go in the store so you can check your product before purchasing it. Been coming to Herbology for a couple of years but recently have been having issues with the quality of the consistency with some products(different brands of waxes over the span of a year). Ordered a brand that I was familiar with and have bought from this location previously, but it was a way different consistency than the other times I’ve purchased the product. Called 5 minutes after receiving the order and finding the issue, but policy at the store is no refunds or exchanges, understandable. But sucks I’m left with a poor quality product that I can’t use.

Was my third time coming in. My second time dealing with Sam. Super helpful and patient with me. I’ve been going to my previous place for three years. I’m the type of customer. When I find something that works. I stick with it . They happen to be closed New Year’s Day. So I had to go somewhere else. Sam took great care of me and made me wanna come back. Give that man a raise. I’ll be back Weekly.

For sure was not an upset, I have been here a few times and I see why it is always so busy. They have a a pretty big selection and all different price tiers to pretty much fit any budget. They only accepted cash the few times I went but believe they are now accepting credit and debit which is convenient. I’d for sure recommend you checking it out if you haven’t before it will be well worth the visit. Also the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Enjoyyyyy

One star on delivery they completely made me wait 4 hours before telling my my order was canceled. Terrible customer service told me they wouldn't send it out because they were getting ready to close and never informed me of the mistake. 1 star for customer service. I love their store but got 0 help when it came to customer service

Told me I should just come in. What's the point of delivery told me I'd miss out on the deals. Total fail

This dispensary is fantastic! With Michigan having so much competition with all the dispensaries- they are for sure the best on product selection, prices and CRAZY GOOD deals every day, knowledgeable and friendly budtenders. I highly recommend this place!!!
