We purchased a mix of black oil sunflower, mixed radish, and speckled green peas microgreens. This morning we made a delicious salad of all 3, mixed with a dressing of Dijon mustard, white wine, olive oil, lime and salt and pepper. It was fresh, delicious and paired nicely with the rest of our meal. We will definitely continue to purchase from this vendor.
