Drinks are good. Service needs a little work. Bartender seemed offended when I asked for a splash of soda cause my drink was a little strong, actually told me I ordered the wrong drink even after I said im not typically a bourbon person. We asked several times if they would check to see if they had more sizes in a sweatshirt we wanted to buy but they ignored our requests 2 times and it was very slow so not sure why we wereignored. Sale missed.

One of our regular stops. Hatch makes great spirits and their drinks are really good. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. The prices are on the high side, but worth it to support local.

This is a stop on our list every time we get up to DC, and sometimes we stop in more than once. Great place to stop and load up on good spirits—literally! If you're looking for some booze that will get you through a weekend with the family, this is the spot. The staff are not only informative but also incredibly kind, guiding you through their selection like seasoned pros. I went in for a flight, got a taste of the good stuff, and left with some merch and a couple of bottles to keep things festive. Absolutely adore this place. Very friendly staff!! Met the wine/mead maker, he is delightful and so passionate about his creations. I appreciate the time and care out into everything there and the awareness for the environment and sourcing locally and reduce in waste.

The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will 100% be back.

Enjoyed a few hours hanging out at Hatch. Great drinks and I loved the mead room! Almost left without realizing it was back there and excited to take home a couple bottles. Definitely recommend!

I am not a bourbon fan (prefer brandy) but I was happily surprised by the taste and craftsmanship with their bourbon cocktails.

Would love to see them offer some kind of snack option for those staying longer but otherwise would definitely be back 🙂

The place itself is adorable! Has so much potential, the two bartenders that worked yesterday afternoon were so rude and unhelpful. We were at the counter waiting to order and one of them walked up and said "can I help you"? We said yes, we have never been here so hoping you have some recommendations. For the four of us she nearly threw the menu at us. Just one. The drinks were good... the people working there need some customer service training.
