They don't open until 7 AM. Security escorted me to the scales, and I was loaded at dock 1, which is located to the right after the scales next to she shipping office. I keep my tandems at the same place, perfect for hauling heavy loads, but they made me slide them all the way back. Most companies don't say anything because my tandems are back pretty far already, but the guardshack made a big deal about it..

Easy check-in. They have scale on site. If you're dry van or reefer,use the scale on the left side of the office. They have 2 docks. Sweep trailer out before showing up. They'll do an inspection on the trailer before loading!!!

Can't complain, 4 stars only because the trailer must be totally dry and I delivered a frozen load and took me 3 hours to dry it. Scale on side.

The people are awesome and very helpful at this location. They treat drivers with respect and work very efficiently. Upon arrival you will check in with the security guard, he met me at the opened yellow gate before the stop sign and main gate to the location. He will take down some of your truck info and then ask you for your pick-up number. Once provided he will allow you in and direct you to one of 2 scales they have on site to weigh your truck and trailer. Pull up to the scale, and someone will come out and tell you which dock to pull into. Before docking, you will be asked to pull into the gravel patch that is by all the parked employee cars to slide your tandems and open your doors. You then back up into the assigned dock and wait to get loaded. They work fast so you won't be waiting too long. When done they will come to your truck and ask that you pull to the scale to weigh out. They do axle weight on the way out so you will put your steers on first and wait for the person in the scale house to give you a thumbs up, then your drives and wait for a thumbs up, finally your whole truck and they will come out of the door to ask you to come in and sign and retrieve your paperwork. You will then close your doors and they place the seal on your trailer and you are good to go. Overall great experience!

Arrived at 11:06 for an 11am PU. Checked in, they’ll tell you to jump on the scale to get your empty weight then pull in front of the docks in the gravel lot, slide tandems and back into whatever dock is open.

After you’re loaded, adjust your tandems and go back on the scale one axle at a time then go into the trailer to sign for your paperwork. The entire process took 1.5hrs. Friendly staff and they tell you your axles weights on the paperwork.
