Well interesting....they did their best . When you don't know any better the additional cost are very real so ask for specific info or you may find that a 3000$ well is more like 5 k $ before you actually get to turn the faucet on . They do offer a military discount. The workers are professional. My pump stopped working and they were quick to respond and remedy this situation. If I needed a new well I'd call them again. . The experience in whole was acceptable . I'd like to give them a 3.75 ? for a couple of reasons . Ultimately it was my responsibility to know what I need to do in order to get water in my house. Lack of clarity on the total necessary was minus one star and additional cost I didn't know or consider was why I would give less than 4 ? but honestly overall I appreciate the service. I'd recommend hand services.

After a bad storm recently, we woke up to no water from the well. After a call to Hand Service that morning, John arrived and started diagnostics on the well pump. He found the old pump was loosing it's prime. We decided to Install a new pump because of it's age. John had it up and running by the endof the day. He even helped get the faucets working that had sediment stuck in the screens. He went above and beyond to have our water back on in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend them.

I live in Floyd County Georgia and was struggling to get any of the local well drillers to come out and Drill. I took a chance and called Hand Service Company to see if they would be willing to make the Drive from Alabama to Georgia. I spoke with Brad, and he was so understanding and helpful. Within 3 weeks of my or call his crew was out drilling our well. They did a fantastic job and we could not be more pleased. Everyone with Hand Service Company that we spoke with was very professional and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone needing a quality job done at a fair price.

Called early because my pump quit at 4am. They came out right away even though i was not a regular. Checked it out, figured the problem and drove over 3 hours to pick up parts. Well back on line by 8pm as the sun set. Great job. Great work. Great service. Highly recommended.

Mr. Hand Is a good honest man. We were told we needed a new well by other company's we called Hand Service and Mr. Hand tested our well and had it working for a fraction of the cost. Great honest Man knows his business and wont sell you something you don't need. I have referred him to many people. Highly recommend. Call him you wont be disappointed.

I bought an old farm house that had a well that I wanted to use for irrigation etc. but the old well pump wasn’t working. Hand Well Service came out and gave me good advice and replaced my pump and the well works perfectly. I’m very pleased and would recommend to anyone.
