I have lived all over the world hoarding cheeses as I went. Greenvale Farms cheese curds are a breakthrough in technological innovation tearing down hundreds of years of stagnant cheese world wide. The incredible gourmet boutique approach to their world class cheeses are conveniently shaped so if you buy one of each flavor you can wire them all at once creating legendary cheese plates to blow the clothes off your entire guest list with delicious flavor. The Deserts available only on Fridays and Saturdays I believe, are absolutely insane and rule unchallenged in west Michigan. Not to mention the rotating delights like when i stumbled on hand dipped Michigan chocolate covered cherries for the Holidays $10 for 3-4 I think. They were miraculous. Like beyond belief. Nobody else takes the time for such laborious culinary confections. They have a list that you can get on, and pay to get a turkey organically grown for your family for Thanksgiving how cool is that. Be advised. They have 2 seasonings of hot beef jerky that is the best I ever had and I can no longer eat any other jerky. I have dental problems my whole life, this jerky is so high quality I am back in the jerky game. Buy out the eggs when they have them, they go quick because you are rocking double yolks like its 1999 with these babies. I swear when I was browning a pound of their delicious home grown ground beef my house smelled completely different and more wonderful than any other ground beef I ever used. With the circle of life and the products that have been available through my journey I can not believe I finally found the quality I remember from when I was young their ice creams are like a carpenters song from so long ago. This place is incredible. The breakfast sausage patties are the best of the top shelf they are pretty small but I only need one. It's like eating a huge pork steak for breakfast, like hearty on a level I never expected from a breakfast sausage. Everything is a justifiable value that i tried but the #1 best value has to go to the Jalapeno cheese summer sausage. I forget how much it costs but its not much. You get a huge log and its incredible. Light fluffy but not fall apart at all, crafted, "not normal crap summer sausage" Green vale summer sausages are the next level and you if you know someone that likes summer sausage do them a favor and pick up a few of these Elderados of quality and flavor. I was there once when they were making the curds and the head curd chef was like, "Enough!" then all the curds came out and the flavor was jammed on them i could not believe how close I was flying to the sun of agricultural coolness. Needless to say, this is our families new primary source for all things produced on a pristine wholesome west Michigan farm.
FYI: Taking Leonard all the way from Grand Rapids to Greenvale Farms is a world class color tour in the fall and without a doubt one of the most beautiful and relaxing leisure drives in west Michigan year round.

We just bought a steer from Heidi and had it processed at Byron Center Meats. The first thing we cooked were hamburgers and they were the most amazing burgers we have ever had. Can’t wait to cook the steaks and roasts!!!

A gem in the rough. Heidi was super helpful helping select local favorites. Her personality, friendliness, and work ethic are incredible. Meat and cheese were top notch and looking forward to trying the lamb. Absolutely on my go to list when vising the area!

Cheese made on site! Meats grown on site and butchered/prepared by Byron Center Meats! Locally sourced ice cream & maple syrup! Hand made cutting boards! Puzzles made from photos taken by the owner, Heidi! Can this place get any better?!... Well yes - on the weekends they sell homemade baked goods on the front porch 😍🤯🔥❤️🎉

We absolutely LOVE the 1/3 burgers from Green Vale Farm. I have never had such a delicious, juicy burger in my life. We also love cheese curds, pork sausage and every item that we have ever purchased from Heidi. We love supporting small farmers. Highly, highly recommended her products.
