Great little...what I call a hole in the wall place which is my favorite. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. Love the staff here. We always sit at the bar and always cut up w the staff. Food is good too. 😉

Their food truck came to our Community at Woodhaven Lakes in Pinson. We had wonderful food, amazing service and was the talk of the Community.

I hate that they had to move from their old spot to the new spot but no matter where they go the food is still the same--delicious!! I literally drive 30 minutes out of my way just to pick up barbecue from here. I refuse to go anywhere else because it's just inferior bbq compared to Green Top. Everyone is always nice and helpful as well. Prices are still very fair and the portions are generous. This will always be one of my favorite places to eat and the source of decades worth of memories.

The pork potato with white sauce is one of my favorite things in the entire world! My friend said the smoked chicken was really good and they have a reputation for the best ranch in Walker County.

Usually the fried pickles are cooked perfectly but today they was so burnt I couldn’t eat but just a few and even them was so hard I could barely chew them. Also they put fries in our other chicken finger box instead of fried pickles but I’m glad now since they burnt the ones in this box. They have the best banana pudding though! Disappointed today with my food but it’s not always this bad!

Pleased as a first-time out-of-towner customer seeking out Mom-n-Pop eateries. This placed delived on its promise: food was delicious and piping hot, although at $18+ for a BBQ plate (2 small sides) + sweet tea, not cheap by any means. Still. Friendliest service I ever did see, and that's no lie. Smack dab at lunch hour yet was fast and quick. Nice local's spot. Did this used to be a stand-alone joint vs. in a strip mall? That would've been even better, IMO. Will return for sure and would gladly bring others.

Okay... I understand we came with a really big group. Like. Entire senior class big, but how the orders were taken and distributed was absolutely horrendous.
Everyone got their food and starters before my friend and I. Not only that but I tried to order a starter three times and my waitress didn't even write it down but "heard" me order it.

Might have been better with a smaller party, but jeez.

Love this place! I've been eating here for over 30 years for good reason! Family owned and operated! I recommend trying the inside-chopped barbeque sandwich with coleslaw on it or a barbecue baked potato or salad! 😉👍
