This place is THE BOMB !!!

I’m not one to leave many reviews, but this place deserves one !! There are always two women working at the shop, named Emily and Taylor. Lemme tell you, these women are THE STUFF (would say a different word but not sure if I can cuss on google reviews LOL) !! My household has purchased so many products from this shop, and have hardly had issues. These issues aren’t due to any fault of those who work there !!

Taylor is such a sweetheart, and has actually become someone I look forward to seeing. Sometimes we just sit and chat. Not to mention that she’s smart, and knows a-lot about different products. Emily is also very sweet, but I don’t see her as much !! She is always very informative about products, and knows what she’s talking about.

All in all, I look forward to coming to this smoke shop EVERY. SINGLE. TIME !!!

I asked if they sold box mod vapes, and I got the response "yes sir we do" so I asked what would be the best one in the sales woman's option... and the response I got was "idk, prolly the geek bar pulse, that's one of my favorite ones" I would honestly leave a 0 star review, but that's not an option, I think that the sales woman needs to be educated on vape knowledge... #gobacktovapeschool

Prices are super high and they don't stand behind their products. Won't let you return something you bought there, the very next day, and with a receipt. Crazy, I'll never shop there again. There are plenty of other options in Hartselle.

First of all they charge crazy prices for everything and will not take nothing back even if it hasn’t been used or nothing is wrong with it even when you have the receipt trust me go to literally any other vape store in Hartselle they don’t charge things crazy the only reason I went there is because it was newer and I have never been there before. if there is something that would be $5 there going to charge it to at least 15-20 it’s almost a scam for the prices at that place I will be telling other people about this place and not in a good way. I have been to every vape shop in the Hartselle city area that I know of and this is by far the worst one. Not to mention the product that’s they charge for so much isn’t even good quality

Such an inviting and friendly environment. Provides outstanding service, such as helping customers find their specific needs. Professionals very knowledgeable about every product that is in stock. Excellent products at low prices. This is my favorite vape store to go to, I love everyone who works there!

the people are ok but the markups are waaaaaaaay too high. i stopped going when i started googling prices and realized i was being charged almost triple the recommended retail price for alot of things id bought. charged 7.99 for one novo2 pod, went somewhere else and paid 11.99 for a 3pack. wont be going back again. also when you go in you cant really look around without someone following you around. they werent being rude or anything like that but i felt rushed. alot of stuff doesnt even have price tags, you have to ask. and ive literally seen them open a product to let me sample, and that was nice, but they put it back on the shelf to sell. so you may not even get a full bottle of vape juice depending on how many people have tried it. i wouldnt say its a bad place to shop, but id rather go across the highway and shop
