The sashimi fish here is really fresh and delicious. They also have a lot of Japanese ingredients, so I felt like I was back home in Japan🥲! The man in charge of the fish section was also very friendly and nice. I will definitely come back here to get fish!!

We love the addition of Greenfish to our area! Since they moved in, we seldom buy fish elsewhere. Their fish is SO fresh and well-priced. And Jimmy-Ray is a master fishmonger who also can give you great preparation ideas. Also their produce is outstanding plus their Asian food and condiments are so welcomed. You’ll also find great Italian pasta options, a great variety of Bob’s Red Mill grains and cereals. Added bonus - 4 types of Seitenbacher Muesli from Germany. All under one roof. Thank you Team Greenfish for coming to our part of Walnut Creek, Saranap, and Lafayette!!!

Went there for the first time to get salmon for our first attempt at homemade sushi. First, we loved the market itself. Everyone was friendly and available to help with any questions. The gentleman behind the fish counter was really helpful with our salmon selection. Of course, most importantly, the salmon was great! We had sushi and sashimi with it. Very fresh and delicious!

The Salmon my cousin purchased was AMAZING! We cooked it with lemon, onion and garlic. The fish was flaky and tender. The taste was awesome! I will be driving from the valley to purchase fish from this market!

Great new addition to the neighborhood, fresh fish was great, and they have a surprisingly large selection of fresh produce, dried goods and even hard to find condiments. Prices are very competitive and staff are friendly too.
For the live fish they will clean and scale them for you, they also have a selection of sushi grade fish as well.
