Of the 4 zonal geraniums I bought from Green Fashion Nursery, 2 have died within 2 months. One died within the first week. I had also bought zonal geraniums during that same time from other local sources (Big Box store, grocery store) , planted them in the same place under same conditions. The zonal geraniums from the other places are thriving, while only one that I bought from Green Fashsion is doing well. When I called within a few days to try to exchange the one that died right away, I was told they would not replace it. The people who work there are friendly, but unfortunately I won't be buying anymore plants here.

I really like this place it’s just 2 Saturdays in a row I’ve waited for more than 50 minutes for them to open 🙁 the first time they were late, they hooked it up with 10% off. But today a lady opened shop and wasn’t able to access the tap payment. Other than the inconsistency, I love their collection of plants.

I visit often and this place is always changing and improving. You find plants that you may not find in other places. They are pricier than Home Depot and Safeway, but if you consider that those stores are mega corps with infinite resources, it makes me feel better that my dollar is going to a local family instead of the pockets of overpaid execs.
The staff is knowledgeable and can help start your own edible garden.
I like that they are contractors so it’s a one stop shop. Plus Christmas trees in the winter, I love it here!

There aren't a ton of good quality nurseries near me, this is the closest one. Positives, service is good and staff are nice. I love the cat that lives there too.
Negatives, they are insanely expensive. Home Depot and Safeway sell the same plants for a fraction of the cost. I HATE that the plants are always infested with spidermites. I get that nurseries will experience pests, but I would like to think they take some sort of action to combat that. I've never not seen any serious amount of bugs on them. It's just disgusting as a consumer and I'm always walking away from a purchase because of it.

In addition to indoor and outdoor plants they have orchid mix, potting soils, seeds and lots of trees. Staff are helpful.

I came in out of curiosity and was amazed by all the diversity of beautiful plants. Now it is one of my favorite places, although sometimes I just go to relax, everyone is very friendly and every time I go I am surprised because there is something new.

Had a large order for a party, I was guaranteed of the plant arrival, and had a crew all ready to plant. Paid 70% of the plants ahead of time. I get a call on the day of the delivery saying that the order could not be filled. I'm left scrambling to find plants, and the crew sitting g on their hands!!! Totally unprofessional!!!!

I was looking for a tree for my patio; they have an extensive selection and their employee Hunter is knowledgeable. I wandered the forest maze of trees and found a lovely olive. The employee wrapped it up and loaded it into our truck, making sure it would arrive back to SF safely, which it did.
Their prices are very fair, even better than online. I can’t wait to visit again!
