I visited here for the restaurant inside. Good food, nice variety and large portions dinners. I really like the smothered chicken. I tried a few dinners and all meats taste like it was slowed cooked. Fast and friendly service.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is amazing, they're always running promotions and sales, and you'll be hard pressed to find a better butcher/meat department in the area.

The rest of the store will typically cost more, unless they have it on sale, but Great Giant is THE PLACE to stock up on meat. I stop in once or twice a month to take advantage of the sales and walk out with a month's worth of ribeye/porterhouse steaks, pork steaks, slabs of ribs, pork/beef roasts, chicken, fish, etc (I think you are where I'm going here). And everything is some of the best meat you'll get anywhere in southeastern Michigan.

While it doesn't look like much from the outside it is a store for great meat deals. It looks like they keep it clean as much as they can. It needs some updates. But the meat prices and customer service here have never been bad.

A grocery store that has been in the flint/mount morris area for a long time. Great Giant is the only grocery store that has fresh okra. The fresh meat counter/produce section has everything you need.

A favorite local grocery store. Quality meats, always looking fresh and the meat cutters will do custom cuts if requested. Meat bundles on sale also. Everyone I've encountered in this store is always pleasant to the customers, smiling and helpful. They bag for free and will also help you take your grocery to the car, for free!

Went to Great Giant this morning to stock up on meat, but stumbled on the new Soul Food counter, everything looked yummy, it was hard to decide. Ended up getting the baked chicken with potatoes and carrots with a side of Mac and Cheese. OMG it was so good, if everything was made like this you can't pass it up. So Good!!!!! Try it, you'll love it.
