I called and was given permission to park on the south side of the lot or across the street. I very much appreciate the information they gave me. They opened the gate at 0800 sharp and I was unloaded very quickly. I was very grateful for that. The lot is very small so if you have a bigger trailer I would not park there. The doc for flatbeds is in the back as well but you have room to swing around and back up to it.

If you want a place that does not care, by all means make the same mistake we did and use Gray Brothers. Purchased a brand new mower months back, all fine. Called over a month ago, end of February, to get it serviced, an oil change only, took three phone calls to get a response. -my mistake for continuing further-
The mower got picked up for service. Did NOT know that you pay for a GALLON of gas PER MILE. Make that make sense…
Only to get the mower back a month later, from what is only a one day service… with a bill of over $660!! Yes, a $660+ oil change.

Call to speak with a “manager” Trey, and he could not care less.

Learned my lesson. Do NOT use unless you want to waste your time & money.

These guys are a joke! Scammers at that. We dropped off a tractor only to get it back in worse shape than it was dropped off. They replaced a water pump and were suppose to service it. When it was picked up after being told it was done, it was never serviced and had no coolant in the radiator. Tractor overheated and shut down causing damage on the first 20 minutes of use. A second mechanic showed us that it was never serviced and had no fluids.

We were called yesterday saying the vehicle was done completed just have to get the Box put on of our tracker I get here today talk to 3 different employees neither of them know what's the deal with the tracker Wilson said that it was even started. When I went back there to see if the service got done everything was lube up and new filters. The employees lie about the services there getting done at this facility.they jlhave no clue what they are doing. I do not recommend this place at all

On hold for 10 minutes, twice the lady picks up and asks "Are you still holding for service?". Last time she says "I'm sorry service must not be available can you call back later?" How is that acceptable?! Edit: Gray Brothers worked with me and fixed the issue, I understand being busy and they are working to improve the process...

Good place to deal with. Friendly employees. Guy in yard helped me find a wheel & tire for my B 1700 almost impossible to get. Thanks to him so much ! Thanks to lady in office for great deal. Bought my Kubota here 20 yrs ago. Still running like new. Thanks !

Part had reasonable knowledge of parts! They didn't have anything in stock! And wouldn't sell me a parts book g it side by sides!! Still haven't called about a screen I ordered two months ago! Paid in advance also
