I described in detail exactly what I needed, the guy told me several times he understood and had it. Apparently they don’t know the difference is 1/2 inch and 1 inch. He wasn’t listening. Wasted trip. This is why everyone buys on Amazon now. 30 years of service and they can’t measure an inch. Weird

Great people, very helpful. I came in last fall during hay season and the mechanic stopped what he was working on, reset a code on my tractor and had me going again in 30 minutes. Can’t beat that.

Fantastic Experience! Bill greeted me in the parking lot with a handshake and a smile, and the whole transaction for purchasing lawn equipment was quick and efficient. I was in and out of the store in just 20 minutes. What impressed me even more was that Bill went above and beyond by personally delivering the equipment to the Bee Branch location, saving me 45 minutes of drive time. When I asked to purchase a spare key, Bill gave me an extra from the shop.....Highly Recommend for Exceptional Service!
