Not sure how the in-person shopping experience is, but I was very disappointed with my online shopping experience. I ordered a specific product they had listed on their site. When my order arrived at my home, it was the wrong product. If I had wanted this other model, I would have gone down to my local store here. I had ordered from GV expecting to get the specific model they had listed and pictured on their website, and I was willing to pay more in shipping to be able to get it. Upon reaching out to them for a return/refund, they would not respond or return any communication. Think twice before ordering from this company!

My experience at Golden Valley Orchards has been nothing but the best. They are very helpful with finding, ordering, and giving the best prices available. The place is always clean and has an easy access for all the farm supplies we’ve needed over the past years.
