Shipping is entrance off 7th. If assigned dock 3 or 4 pull up in yard past guard shack and then back into the alley and dock. There is NO room to enter and turn around. I am thankful I looked at the situation before going in. I was 45 minutes early to my 20:00 appointment. Sent me straight to dock and began loading. Everyone here was nice and professional that I interacted with.

Very tight and busy area. Delivered dry van , rude lady at guardshack, to get to docks its tight people walking around so becareful and luckily had no truck next to me when docking because it is tight barely any pull so take your time. Took about 3 hours to upload.

Appointment was 1900. Got in dock right away. I got to block 4 lanes of traffic, other than than was all good.

These folks were great. Super fast check in, loaded and out the door and on the road.
Was able count zero time lost on this.
Parking is a little tight but I’ve seen worse.
Friendly people as well. Thanks!

Donot come early here only appointments. They unload between 2to 3hour .door 23,24,25 all ok for back on dock but make sure donot open ur window because there is lots of mosquitoes 🦟 even during early morning kind of insects.there is parking on street for couple trucks .

Super late for our appointment...was supposed to be 1615....didn't arrive til 2030. Luckily we were able to get a door and get loaded. Lady at guard booth was super friendly and polite. Parking area is super small, getting backed into the doors is close to impossible. We attempted it but due to location of other trucks and the fence line couldn't swing trailer for enough over. Yard dog was nice enough to let us drop trailer and he backed it into door for us. Only bathroom available is a portapotty.

Worst worst experience ever. Please avoid this company to deliver anything if you can. I wish I could give them -3 star. I get unloaded after 34 hrs of waiting. No parking facility. Parking on the street. No restrooms. When my dispatch call them for appointment ,Nobody replied , no confirmation. And top of that , lady at the security gate ( Day shift ) thinks she is the Boss of the company. I have never met this much Rude lady in my life. She just don’t want me to speak a single word. Overall just garbage.

If anyone reading this from the company side , just want to tell you that we drivers are also a HUMAN BEINGS. Respect others.
