Food is awesome and fresh. It is so nice to have this meal service as an option. My fiance and I love it. The recipes are tasty and the food seems healthy. It’s a great alternative since most of the restaurants in Scott’s valley aren’t great.

I recently heard about this place and gave it a try this week. One word - Whoa!
I found the website, which is used for setting up an account and ordering, very intuitive and easy to use. Each food option gave a brief description along with a list of ingredients used. Quantities are chosen when ordering, so it's easy to tailor the servings to your specific family size/needs. The delivery was right when they said it would be (it looks like there's an option to pickup in Scotts Valley, too). The food is quite amazing; very flavorful, very fresh tasting, not overly salted or heavy like a lot of restaurant prepared food can be. It's not listed on the ingredient list but I'm pretty sure I tasted some love in there ;).
Kudos to a well conceived, well executed meal service. My family will be enjoying GRK meals in the future.

This is such great food! There is much care and thought put into their dishes and it is such a time saver during the week! Order on Thursdays and get your food on Tuesdays. It's health focused, local, and delicious! On top of all that, the people are very friendly.

The seeded bread is outstanding as well as most of their other recipes. Unfortunately the food preparers seem to be in love with salt. Tonight my wife and I had to discard our “agrodolce delicata squash salad...” because the dressing and squash were incredibly salty. We should have tasted the dressing before mixing. I’m the one that picks up our meals from their Scotts Valley location and I have had the opportunity to request a reduction of salt in their recipes. I was told that most people like salty meals and that it is a fine line to try to satisfy everyone. I believe that customers should have the option to add more salt to their meals in order to improve flavor. Most nutritionists recommend a moderate-salt diet.
We love the convenience of prepared meals and their recipes are awesome, they deserve five stars if you love salt as much as they do. I’m giving GRK a two star rating solely because of the salt issue and my personal preference for a moderate-salt diet.
We plan to continue the service.
