Beyond poor service. Tractor In for generator not charging battery.
1. They Rebuilt generator I already had rebuilt.
2. Had a 8v battery in tractor for 30+ years and it started just fine, but they blame me as to why tractor won’t start.
3. They Had tractor from October to March to fix battery starting issue. Now that is slow!!
4. Got a different story from manager every time I called on status.
5. Two Managers unwilling to back up their poor service. I’m out $800, and the battery still doesn’t charge.
6. They said they put in a new voltage regulator and polarized it, but I know they didn’t cause the zip tie I put in place was never broken which denotes the panel where voltage regulator is located was never opened.

I think just those reasons alone are enough to show that they are a company to avoid. They don’t honor their work, lie, and don’t even do the work they were hired to do.

Do not recommend.
