Roger gave me a fantastic deal on a new tractor and equipment. Their prices were the best anywhere. They also did me a favor and delivered all the way to south Georgia. Only downside is that they stopped carrying the Mahindra brand after my purchase, so I had to find a different dealer for warranty support.

Parts department gentleman was helpful to me, about one particular part for tractor. He had tractor engine parts diagram on computer when I came in to pick up part that I had ordered already and allowed me to see what I needed to see. That says alot about a person and company, that a first time customer's questions were acknowledged and they took the time to find out about part I thought I needed and had information on part ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. Thank you for all your help. Sure is nice to be treated like I'd already been a " regular " or repeat customer on my first time there. YES, I'll be going back, and I've already been recommending them to friends and neighbors!!!

1. I made a deal with them to buy a loader and another piece of equipment for my tractor. They said they would order and call me in a few days. Never did.
2. They had my machine in for repair they said would be done in two weeks. I never heard from them, I called back in 6 weeks they hadn't even started. When they finally got it done it cost twice what they quoted me and they kept the unit for 3 months.
3. Brought my mower in for service, they threw away new parts, put other parts on it, charged me a huge price and it didn't fix the issue. I had to take it back and they finally fixed but didn't have my new parts they had taken off and still charged me again.
Very unprofessional and incompetent. I have bought two Massey Ferguson tractors from them and a Ferris mower so I wanted them to service them, but enough is enough. I will NEVER do business with them again.

Well let me say could have EASILY been 5 star. BUT i wanted to buy a tractor seriously a 25k purchase. I simply needed a call back with a final exact price and place the order. They had what I wanted and visit there confirmed my decision on the 2538 or 2540☺ Then phone never rang What happened Ryan ? Well I suppose for the best found one 10 miles away from home in Rome, i didnt have to beg them to take my money they actually asked for it. ?
