I walked into Georges produce the other day and had a conversation with a gentleman who shared his mission in providing low cost food for our community that is affordable while still having the heart for charitable contributions. The community should support businesses who's business modo is to never stop helping one another. Their unique products make walking through their store intriguing as you don't always see these groceries at the big box stores. With items as low as $1.00 including some vegetables and fruit, it's perfect to pick up these raw products that are close to their rippen date to use for juicing and or baking. Stop by one day and I'm sure you will find something unique that will catch your eye.

This my favorite place ever! Everytime I come here, there's always a great selection of fresh, organic produce! Not to mention the affordable and very cheap prices. The staff are very kind, customer service is great! They have anything from unique produce to delicious snacks and drinks! They have a great selection of candy, dried fruit, seeds, nuts, snacks, drinks, grains, spices, and more. Just got a huge selection of food for about $20!

I use to like coming here until I was chased out by a Tall rude lady that stated she was the owner while scolding me like a child.
There were not enough baskets so I placed(in an organized manner) my stuff down on some items with the intent of leaving things how they were prior to putting my things down. I stated that as she proceeded to pick up my items and throw them all over to demonstrate according to her the mess I made.
I kept my cool while letting her know that’s not proper customer service as she kept ranting a raving putting on a show then stormed off to the back and sent her bodyguard to scare me off.
Awful experience never again.
She should worry more about removing all the expired products she sells.

It’s really an inconspicuous small shop tucked away, however it’s really YMMV type of deals. You have to be your own judge on some of the deals they carry. However, In reality, expiration dates are just presumptions of safe guesses that manufacturers made. Having that said, then you can begin to appreciate these types of deals they carry, but examine the items carefully before you purchase is always the safe bet. Happy shopping.

Disappointed. Employee is not wearing mask at all but talk talk talk while loading the foods. That's gross. Very rude and discourteous, bad customer service. As long as being a manager, it does not mean that she can act as if she doesn't care about the customers.
Also guys, the price is hell good but you know you get what you pay for. Spend extra $1 or $2 but the food will be of better quality.

I wish I could give them 100 stars. My family has been shopping here since before I was born. I follow the tradition and drive here weekly from Pasadena because no other store can beat their prices and fresh quality. Family owned. I see the same friendly faces from when my grandma would bring me with her when I was a little girl. You won’t regret stopping by. You’ll be shocked at how much chain grocery stores rip you off after you shop here.
