We went in to get hens and walked through the back where they keep them and it was filthy disgusting birds packed into cages very unsanitary facility to say the least. I was raised on a farm so there is no excuse for this. The owner is arrogant and rude. We came in and bought what we were told were hens and one ended up being a rooster even though they were full grown silky chickens and when we asked about bringing it back he offered me half of what I paid and he said thats business...smfh I guess it's how he does business shady when I paid $15 for each supposed hen he offers me $7 back and told me I dont understand business when in fact I am a owner of a LLC food business. People like this don't need to be in business! I would give zero stars if it was a option!

We wanted a few Chickie's for eggs and we got these beautiful little guys, oh and one we call lunch for the meat. They're so cute and sweet ❤️. The workers where so sweet and helped answer so many questions.

Friendly and helpful folks and quality feed. This is the most reliable place to purchase Land O Lakes lamb milk replacer. If you raise bottle lambs or kids, I cannot recommend this brand enough for preventing bloat and getting all of your babies fed safely. They also stock good alfalfa and orchardgrass -- they don't try to sell you full-price "alfalfa" that's got a high percentage of weeds. They're family owned and local, not some big chain. I've been happy with all of my interactions here and do recommend them!

Best place to buy Dog food! I have two large dogs and usually pay quite a bit for dog food at our local pet chain store in town. A few months ago I went to George's Feed & Pet Supply. I was able to buy the same quality food , (actually my dogs loved it better) and I paid 50% less than at the Pet Store Chain. They have a huge selection of good quality food. They have a great selection of good priced leashes and harnesses for your pup also. What really impressed me was the 3 foot long Bully sticks at an incredible low price! I've been looking for a savings from the Pet Store chains and George's is it! Plus I love supporting locally owned businesses in our community. Please be aware they ONLY ACCEPT CASH! I don't mind because I spend less cash than I did somewhere else previously. I will continue to support this business.

George's is a friendly place to get your pet and animal supplies and feed. Their chicken feed and scratch is by far a better deal than Tractor Supply.
