Just called to try to set up new delivery because we're just moving into the home. The lady is trying to say well maybe you'd be better off going with the company that filled at that address before. Really? Then she's like well Ryan's already gone for the day I don't know if he'll be able to call you back today or tomorrow or when he'll call you back. That kind of seems like they don't want our service?

I ran myself almost out of propane and within 24 hours they had changed driver schedules, and had a different driver make the drive to my house. They did everything they could to help me and the driver was so kind. Wonderful company!

We were customers of Garst for a very long time and repeatedly asked them to rent or sell us a larger propane tank so we could fuel a back up generator. After they blew us off for years, we bought our own tank. Garst refused to honor their agreement to supply pre-paid propane and kept hundreds of dollars paid to them for the fuel. We planned to stay with them until they took us to the cleaners. Beware!

Still haven’t heard from them after 2 weeks of calling for the first time. The staff was short on the phone and didn’t have a timeframe at all for when they might come out to my house, let alone call me back with an appointment time. Cancelled with them and found a much better business to deal with.

Prompt delivery, friendly folks and competitive prices. Remember, propane prices fluctuate with the petroleum market so the per gallon delivered price can vary day by day. Propane prices are directly tied to it. Garst Propane has no control over that.
