I recently had 15 Australian Brush Cherry trees installed by Garden View Nursery, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The trees were planted beautifully, and the initial installation went great.

About a month later, a warranty issue came up, and I was blown away by how the team, especially General Manager Ian, handled the situation. Instead of shifting blame or making excuses, Ian personally came out to assess the issue, educated me on certain aspects of tree care, and immediately scheduled a replacement for the affected items. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding.

The warranty replacements were installed promptly, and the final result looks fantastic. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their work with such integrity and efficiency. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plants and exceptional service!

If you’re ever down on the 605 freeway and you happen to see all these beautiful trees and shrubs on the side then you’re at the right place at Garden View Nursery. We were looking for particular screening plants that flooded sophisticated and we found them here. Horsetail reeds are what I see in front on my work office building and we wanted to have the same. We were also looking for Meyer Dwarf Lemon trees but they didn’t have them at the time. They have quite the selection of other trees, flowers and shrubs that you will most definitely find what you’re looking for anyway. Come on down and check them out. Their staff is very knowledgeable and can answer most of your questions regarding on how to take care of your new green friend(s). 5 stars for the amount of selections.

I went here looking for citrus trees and was blown away by how much was at this nursery! They have a small parkinglot at the entrance and staff around to help guide you if you’re looking for something specific. Daniel R was especially helpful giving us tips about the trees we were purchasing and even loaded them and bags of soil into our car for us!

I have been going to Garden View Nursery for 20+ years. Admittedly its a nice place to walk around and see whats available. They do have some hard to find plants but with a little bit of online effort you can find the same hard to find plants elsewhere.

The biggest complaint are the prices. $2,399 for an olive tree? I have an olive tree from Armstrong I planted two years ago and its already almost the same size. I think I paid $89 for it. And what about $899 for a cypress? Imagine if you wanted that classic Italian look on their photo of a road lined on both sides with cypress... Lets say you would need 50 cypress @ $899 each, thats putting you at $45,000. Does not include delivery or planting either. Yikes.

Theres another nursery with several locations in Southern California and Im sure you get their huge ads in the mail from time to time... they will sell similar sized cypress and knock down the price considerably (like $200-300 each) if you buy several AND they will deliver for free AND they will dig and plant your purchases!

Again know your prices... this place is not cheap. A Neem Oil spray bottle is $20 or $22 here, elsewhere like Lowes its a typical $11.

Finally, there is ZERO warranty when you buy from Garden View Nursery. Ive purchased large trees from them in the past that have died (jacaranda). Armstrong is not cheap but no where near as expensive as Garden View and they offer a life time warranty.

Although they increased parking a bit, its still difficult to find a spot to park on weekends and they chase you away from parking anywhere else.

I cannot recommend Garden View anymore as I used to. The prices are way out of line.

This was my first visit to the nursery. Definitely eye-opening. I can tell that they have quality products and they really care. Their displays are beautiful and everything looks very healthy. Plants and trees are labeled adequately there are cards available and be sure to drive all the way in and find a parking space. Pricing was not as low as I have seen at other nurseries alongside the freeway, but was less than standard nurseries and much nicer than most. Definitely worth a look. They most likely have what you're looking for. Huge selection

Dog friendly!!! Large selection of plants, trees, palms, succulents, bushes and tons and tons of roses…the most I’ve ever seen at a nursery…the staff is amazing everyone is so helpful!! Shout out to Alicia and Caleb! Thanks so much! Definitely recommend!

Great nursery with lots of native plants and other shrubs. This nursery is focused on landscaping type plants. Their indoor assortment is quite small, however, the staff seems very knowledgeable and very helpful. The person who is my cashier also help me move all of the plants into my car, and answered all of my questions about planting and sunlight, and what not.
