After talking to Justin and Min they were able to diagnose my consoles failure just from the smell of it and after tearing it apart at home they were 100% correct bugs caused it to fail those two are A1

I have never been to a worst GameStop in my life. The employees are unfamiliar with their own policies and are so rude that I would drive 45 minutes further to Troy before having to speak with them again. Whoever owns this business should be embarrassed but hey, it's only your customers that are unhappy right. It's not like the customer is your source of income.

Spent about 100$ on two used controllers bought warrants as well so a little more expensive but I opened to use the first one instantly had stick drift so I go to use the second one and the bottom of the left analog stick got ate by a dog or something and doesn't connect to my ps4. Do the controllers get checked or nah? But 3 stars cause the guy working was cool and quick

I love the fact that they still sell vintage games online. There are a few specific games that are only on a certain console that I really wanted and they had them for a reasonable price. The first order came in and wouldn't read. I went to the store for an exchange. They gave me upgraded next day shipping at no additional charge and had me happy walking out of the door. I got it the next day and it played fine. I'm thrilled.

Gamestop is the best. Good prices on their games and merch. Tie die fnaf plushies are out! Gamestop offers better prices on funko merch than anywhere else, including Walmart
Power up rewards are very useful as well, used a $5 off coupon and got ore points for the gamepass ultimate and the game we bought
