Had a bit of an emergency today, when our SRP flood irrigation valve lid (Fresno Cast Iron Branded) cracked from having to tighten it down so much (and being all rusty). I called the manufacturer, who provided me with Fullerform's number.

Parker was the awesome associate who helped me out! He was willing to let me send him pictures so that I could clearly articulate what I was needing.

They had what I needed! They are conveniently located right off of Central Avenue by Broadway road, and when I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. I was way out of my sorts, and the team here welcomed me, offered me a drink a cool place to sit while they fetched my part!

I am sending their name out to all of my neighbors who all have the same screw valve cover. I can't sing Fullerform's praises enough!

This is the place to go for residential SRP irrigation supplies. We had to have the 10 inch pipe under our driveway replaced and it turned out to be a way bigger job than we thought. We never had to do this work before and we needed advice. We got the advice and supplies and my 25yr old son was able to do the job. It may not be pretty but it works! Thank you Fullerform!

Erica was quite helpful by explaining irrigation terms, asking good questions about my project, etc. She was very composed despite all the ruckus happening all around us with customers and workers. She was not at all hurried or perturbed by my questions. Erica, please keep up the excellent quality of service, as it makes a great name for your business! Whatever they are paying you, they need to consider giving you more. Great customer service persons like you are so so hard to find.
