Both employees were not pleasant at all. Had to go back 3 times to get help at 11am. I asked for the first time the young man threw my order on the counter and walked away. I did want more times but guess I’ll go to Safeway to get seafood. I love this store but will never go back to the meat counter

HUGE. Fry's has turned grocery shopping into a destination. Love it. WIDE aisles. Lots of prepared foods if you're into convenience and not so much into cooking. Folks were lined up at the inside Starbucks. Great Fry's prices. Very good fresh meats selection - beef, pork, chicken. A great cheese department; sizeable liquor department; very good seafood selection - fresh and frozen. Large deli. Vegetarians and vegans should also be pleased with the selections. The staff was friendly. The experience was good.

I wanna say the most frustrating thing about this location is the courtesy clerks. Id say about 90% of the time im bagging my own stuff if I wanted to do that id use the self check out And what makes it more frustrating is watching courtesy clerks standing at the next register not bagging anything or they just walk off. Someone needs to manage that front end better. Im sure its frustrating for the cashiers too. Someone needs to keep a better eye on them too I see most of them off socializing. Also does no body ask” how are you doing help you with anything” anymore, its like now days its all about avoid customers at all cost.

Good location. The store does seem to get picked through at times. We also find the quality of the meat to be less than desirable. I don't like finding weird coatings to the chicken and beef when cooked. I used to have great faith in the quality of Fry's meat, but we will actively avoid purchasing and choose a different store due to lack of quality control and frankenfood additives. It's sad.

They have great people working there although they have a high turn over. Some of their polices are unfair and cause my favorite people to look for better opportunities. This the only place I can get my ground turkey that tastes good and is tender, Jennie O needs to up their game. Ocean spray with no sugar and I love their plant selection. They carry an assortment of organic foods, nonGMO and that is important to me.

Always over changing and say sorry, yesterday I bought 2 flowers and the price was 10,99 they charged 15,99 and when asked why cashier denied and we called manager. Strawberry they charged 2,99 and the sign was 1,45 the cashier said no , manager came and solved the problem. But how l can trust this system , before I’ve never checked the bills . Not happy at all

Ordered for pick up. Showed up at my designated time waited for 10min, the attendant told me they are running an hour behind. I asked to please cancel the order, the attendant comes back less than a minute later tells me never mind they were able to get my order together wait ANOTHER 30min went to talk to them at the doors and they told me that my order wasn’t ready again since they cancelled my order. Was super confused since the lady came and told me they were able too put my order together just communicate with your customer.
