Wonderful results, but a rollercoaster of a process. I got married in May of 2022 and received my flowers in May of 2023. We were told that it would take awhile given the nature of the drying process, but had to call for updates along the way. Even then, it was difficult to reach someone in the office. After about 9 months, I called for an update and to discuss the dimensions of the bouquet as my husband was going to make a show box (Frozen Creek charges hundreds for a frame or box). At this time, I was notified that she could not share dimensions, since we had not paid the fee to reassemble the flowers. This was the first I had heard of this $150 dollar fee. After paying hundreds for the drying process, you will receive a box of disarticulated flowers and are expected to reassemble these delicate stems back into the way they were arranged on your wedding day unless you pay this fee. The shop is also very pushy towards customers who do not want to purchase one of their frames or boxes. We paid the fee and received beautiful flowers. The takeaway is: expect this process to take a long time, expect poor customer service and bad communication, and expect to pay a massive amount of money. In total, my florals were about $750. However, the results were worth it.

I am very disappointed in this place. My mom and dad paid for me to have my wedding bouquet and boutonniere preserved. The boutonniere looks great, however, my bouquet looks horrible, it looks nothing like what i carried down the aisle. And we are very very disappointed.

Beautiful flowers here - fresh, dried and freeze-dried arrangements. Loved some of their keepsakes for weddings, funerals, and memorable events. Bought some home made raspberry salsa. Mmmm!

Worst customer service, if she gives you an estimated date when they will be done add another 6 months to a year after that. Turn around time is insane! Half of my flower bouquet was missing and never added my husbands boutonniere that I had to pay extra for.
Pricing is ridiculous, just do yourself a favor and research other places.

Worst costumer service experience. Dropped my wedding bouquet off here 6/13/22 and was told it’d take between 4-6 months. Finally just got them back today, so 9 months later. Never heard a thing from them in the entire 9 months that it took unless I was the one reaching out to them first asking for an update (And the few times I did try to contact them I wouldn’t hear from them for days or had to try to reach out again before hearing back). No apology at all for how long it took, and if you even question her remotely she gets so rude and tells you what they have going on in their personal lives as to why you’re getting literally zero communication from them. They try to present purchasing one of their overpriced shadow boxes as not optional.
I’ve never left a review on anything in my life, but this is the kind of experience I paid 100% of the cost upfront and waited 9 months for.

We stopped by Saturday. Website said they were open and there was an open flag up on the road. I drove up the broken "driveway" scraping the bottom of my car (I don't recommend going up this drive unless you have a truck or SUV) only to find they were closed. We won't be going back.

We stopped by here today because we saw fresh corn sign. We got a dozen and got to chat with Ruth and Paul in the old farmhouse. Ruth showed us around the house showing us her flower arrangements and other dried arrangements she makes. They also sell freshly made salsa and other veggies. They were both very nice and accommodating. The corn btw are very sweet.
