I have never had a bad experience with the staff and or mechanics at Fresno equipment! Tractors at times have their issues but working through them is normally not a problem. Jimmy, the store manager is fantastic and Sam the mobile mechanic is a special guy. I give 5 stars and thanks to my one and only JD Dealership!

Needed a couple belts for my d130.

Staff at the counter were polite, as they should be. I appreciate seeing the way that the staff interacted with each other. It seems that they enjoyed working together. I don't know, no big deal I guess, but that kind of sets the tone for my experience.

Also, if you're here reading this, I enjoyed being in that place, just the stuff they have on the shelf might remind you of something you might need for your lawn mower, or tractor or whatever.

They also have a pretty large selection of toys, so some toys for yourself, or something to grab on the way out for your children, this is a good place to do it.

The customer services sucks. The workers make you feel stupid and have no knowledge of customer service. The worker said that he couldn't help us with finding the tractor oil filter. He did not even listen to what we were telling him. He offer to help someone else and helped them instead of us. Well that the last time we will buy a tractor or anything from this place. I wont go there until the customers service changes. The owner needs to look into the complaints. Too many people are complaining about the services.
