Darlene was a wonderful help in garden. She went above and beyond to help me select plants as a first-time gardener, gave me tips and tricks and made sure I had everything I needed.

Beyond that, Pat, the owner helped me put to my car since I was (happily) overloaded with plants and we had a lovely conversation beyond the usual day-to-day.

Last weekend was the first time I had been there, and I went back again earlier this week because I was so impressed by all of the staff. Each person I passed said hello, offered to help and was willing to spend time chatting about the store.

It’s not so difficult to find good customer service, but the level here reminded me of a different time - when connecting with people and providing excellent customer service were things to be proud of. I have to say that I didn’t realize how much I missed a store experience that was so warm and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air.

Apart from the wonderful people, this store had an amazing stock of items. I found things here that I have had trouble finding in many of the bigger hardware/garden stores. I’m already planning my next visit and plan to make this my store of choice for my home and garden needs.

Love this local business. So much going on there and y'all need to support local! Have to shout out to the three staff that were welcoming and helpful. Costs are not much higher, and to support local businesses is worth that little extra.

Dan in Plumbing was awesome… He let me argue with him for five minutes about the tub cartridge, not being right, even though he was right the whole time. Im a plumber by trade and he explained the differences to me in the 2 types very well, something I still continually forgot after 10+ years in the field. Thank you Dan!
