I delivered load here my appointment was 10 am I check in 6:35 they give me a door right away and they start unloading at 7:30 I was out 8:30 am they are fast and so friendly

Had a pickup 3pm appointment checked in 1:30pm got door right away. Start loading around 2:50pm paperwork 3:30pm ..

Receiver open at 7 am .. 2 hours for unloading. No restroom for drivers.. overnight parking just for 5-6 trucks …Be safe drivers

This Logistics Shipper has no regards for the driver and only communicates what they should do or be doing but not what is most likely to occur. I had a 4 pm appointment and arrived at 0915 am. Was told I would be loaded around 2 pm. I was loaded and completed by 8 pm. If you don’t inquire of them no information will be given. They just leave you sitting. The broker and myself kept trying to get them to load the trailer. I barely made it to my first drop. Avoid this shipper at all costs.

I’m dispatcher in GTS Transportation.
We had DEL 9/1/2023 to Fresh Creative Foods. There wasn’t appt. It was FCFS 7:00-16:00.
At 12pm I called to facility and said about our situation that happened with my drivers at previously drop.
My drivers were late.
Very professionally, very understandable and very loyalty personal. They waited my drivers till 5:20pm.
I much appreciate all staff on this facility.

Very polite. On time. Fast and efficient. Good communication. Parking lot is a little bit tight in the back...but the yard is big enough to dock relatively easily. Make sure to sweep your trailer. Full retail next door to eat. Overall good experience!

Was allowed to park overnight, nice guys for sure. They have a clean porta potty for truckers, have to get the key from the office but that's not a problem for me. Nice area. Pizza hut delivers here. Plenty of food like Taco Bell, Jack in the box, a pizza place, 7-11, and others along with a Target store all within 1/4 mile walking distance. Nice place, I wouldn't mind coming back.
