Fredricks is an awesome place i have my boat work done there and I also stay in there new campground the staff is really great their service is top notch I recommend them to everyone. You won't find a better place to deal with. They have lots of good deals on boats tractors and atvs.

Fredricks Outdoor sponsors 2 concert events a year — one in late October and one in the middle of April. They have had performers like Travis Tritt, Trace Adkins, Chris Janson, Jamey Johnson and this past Saturday Country Music Hall of Fame artist John Anderson. Top notch artists in a bring your lawn chair, grab something to eat and drink and sit out under the stars and enjoy 4-5 hours of great music with your neighbors. They specialize in selling outdoor equipment like boats, tractors and all other assorted gear. They treat their customers right and their concerts give back to the community. Love this company!!!

Best boat parts service store. The staff is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. They service minnkota trolling motors. Have a great selection of boats as well.

Well this is probably the first time in history that I've been called from leaving a review at a company that they wanted to make right and to be honest I didn't really have bad service there just a different type of service Frederick's Outdoors is not a in-your-face sales type environment and I can appreciate that now after talking to George the general manager thanks for the follow up

The turnaround on drop off and pick up so far has been a second to none.
I had just about walked away from stihl all together but I feel that with a great service provider like Co at F.O. I can keep buying their product without fear of any downtime due to maintenance

Everyone that I have come in contact with has been very friendly and helpful but most importantly knowledgeable which is very hard to come across with no one wanting to work and over half the people sitting at home not working
these people .... family or not are running a very tight knit business hitting the ground every morning make sure they keep their customers happy and coming back!

I really do appreciate it.

BUT!!!... WITH ALL THAT POSITIVITY THERE'S STILL ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT...
FOR EXAMPLE:

We drove over two hours to test drive a boat. We called on the way to let them know we were running a few minutes late. When we got there they asked us what test drive and had sold the boat. They were reluctant to let us even look at another boat. Very disappointing.
