Great customer service! I didn't know to make an appointment and drove out from Shelby Twp. During his peak busy season. He was very polite and even though he was full he accepted my deer for processing as I was a 1st time customer & drove so far not knowing any better. Quality set-up. Best place to order meat. We used to order from an Omish Market. Frank's is far better and is the best we've ever had.
