We live in Broward so we had to go to Hialeah to find a quince for professional pictures. I found Franci's El Palacio de las quinceaneras and when you walked in everyone greeted us. The place is beautiful and the ladies working there all professionally dressed in black. The 1st place we went to was very casual nothing like this place. They asked what color my daughter wanted and she wanted to try a red and a dark blue with gold. The red was pretty but when she tried on the blue and gold we knew it was the one for pictures. My husband sat down with the owner to talk about the packages they offer. They told us we can pick the location we wanted the pictures taken. they also showed us their beautiful studio which is located in the back of the store.
This morning was our appointment and the hair and make up artist, Allemey was there and ready for us at 715am. We decided to do the pictures in their studio than melting away outside! Allemey took her time. She asked what we wanted as far as hair and make up and made sure my daughter was comfortable.
The photographer was amazing as well! Very chilled and only wanted my daughter to have a great time! In between outfit changes the hair stylist changed the hair to go with the other two dresses. We were there 6 hours and the staff made us coffee and offered us some pastries. Everyone there was absolutely professional and kind. We had a great experience and I know you will too if you go with this company!

I had wonderful experience at francis, the ladies that run the place are very kind and patient , i took my niece for dress shopping and they were super helpful and willing to adjust to our budget , we were coming from a previous appointment at bella quinces and you truly can feel the difference on customer service , as soon as we walked in the door they were ready to help us with our needs , i am so grateful i made the trip all the way over there , they have fantastic selection of dresses , my niece looked stunning in the photoshoot at vizcaya and everybody kept asking us were we got the dress , overall great experience , thank you so much ❤️ i need to mention that this was a very special photoshoot for our family as my niece was battling with cancer last year and francis store made our experience even more memorable ✨ thank you again ❤️

I had an excellent experience with them. The service was amazing, and they treated you like family. They were very helpful and did their best to give you the best for your 15's. There are a variety of dresses and all of them are gorgeous. The photographer they gave me was professional and takes the best photos. The makeup artist and hair stylist did an incredible job with the looks; she's also very professional and overall a friendly person who helped in anything she could. I can't say a single bad thing about any of the staff members as they all treated me with kindness. The experience was wonderful. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to take their 15's pictures.

My parents and I came here from a recommendation from my cousin to rent a dress for pictures. The staff are so nice, especially Francis herself. We had a little accident with the dress where the rule in the dress ripped a little due to my photographer telling me to do a pose. We came in today to turn the dress in and told them. Francis said it was fine. Never met someone as nice and overall their service is great. I totally recommend this place

Amazing staff and dresses quality, we enjoyed all the process from beginning to the end. Enchanted with Lourdes who work with the makeup and the hair designs, beautiful and professional attention, deeply appreciate the confidence, every advice, encouragement and happy time that she gave to my daughter (God bless her always and bless the work of her hands)! Also want to said thanks to the photographer for his patience and work and to the album's designer for the excellent quality of the pictures, and final product 👍 we highly recommend this place. Thanks for every minute that we spend over there!!!
