Excellent experience, Theo is knowledgeable and kind. Went above and beyond with advice and customer service! Highly Highly recommend, I ended up with 6 roosters this last season that I had to remove and I needed ladies badly, the female guarantee is amazing as well as all the knowledge Fox & Hen Poultry provides ! The birds are Absolutely stunning . In the short time Fox & Hen delivered my 4 ladies, Theo stayed and made sure we were all comfortable and watched them start to adapt into the flock! I also received so much advice and knowledge in that short time! I will be calling again! HIGHLY Recommend!! The free delivery is a huge bonus and i am very thankful! It feels good to know there is a business I can call if I need assistance with my girls as well!

So disappointed with what seemed like a great company. In a nutshell: I placed an order, never received our chickens, and, aside from one e-mail promising delivery on dates that came and went, had no communication from the company despite my repeated follow-up e-mails and phone calls. Such a shame. If there are competitors that provide the same great selection and convenient delivery services, but actually deliver their customers' orders and return their messages, they'll have a winning business model and a lot of grateful people who were misled by this scam.

Majorly disorganized and NOT responsive. Small business, things happen but even so, you HAVE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. I'm nice. I'm flexible. No chickens. One email with promises. No chickens. No money. No further contact. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. I will never go back. As a customer, I bent over backwards to give this guy the benefit of the doubt but never received the same courtesy.

We received 8 Hens and 1 ROOSTER but paid for 10 hens. They missed delivery dates, no communication, and completely ghosted us on Facebook. Their facebook page is filled with story after story of "flood" and constant issues/excuses.

Their website now throws a 404 error. Place is an absolute joke - save your money and go elsewhere.
