I bought snow blower from Four Seasons about twenty years ago .
It’s a Toro .
I had a small problem With some shear pins on the second stage .
Four Seasons took care of it for me in one day .
This business is a great place to buy any equipment that you may need and they service what they sale.

I wish every business was more like this one .

We had service on our John Deere. First of all the pick up and return charge was higher than quoted. The blades were supposed to be sharpened or replaced and the cutting since the supposed maintence is atrocious. Very disappointed!! We do not appreciate the poor service. Would expect adjustment or repair to meet quality standards.

I will never go back here again. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy on the phone actually started yelling at me when I asked him if the part for my mower came in. He made me feel awful for calling and asking. When I went in to finally pick up the part for my mower, the employee never made eye contact with me and never showed any sign of appreciation for using their services. I've been here once before and must say that the customer service was awful then as well. My wife overheard the conversation on the phone and was appalled by how rude and angry the employee was as well.

I would recommend you never go here for anything. If you want to be appreciated go to another store. If you enjoy being intimidated , yelled at, and experiencing bad customer service then this is your place.

Looking for a new chainsaw. They were there to discuss my usage and plans. Picked out a perfect saw. Good prices and very good service. Wont get that at a big box store..thanks guys

Not impressed. Brought a chainsaw in to be serviced/ repaired, the cost was not worth fixing it. I was going to use it for parts until they wanted a $55.00 fee for looking at the saw and informing what needed repair. They can keep it !

In response to four seasons reply. It's not that your time isn't worth anything...it would be understandable at 25.00. I feel 55.00 is pricey for a 15 to 30 minute diagnosis.

This place is an unprofessional joke. They sold me a brand new Toro HDX 4000 60" mower. They DID NOT tighten the hydrostatic reservoir cap AND they drew a line on the cap and tank to show where to line it up...but those markings are well over an inch away from what is actually tight. Since they assembled it and are authorized, I assumed that was correct. 50 hours later and my reservoir has fluid coating it because it is leaking out. They did not tighten it. When I called to address this, the owner got real combative with me, then took offense to me swearing at him when he was raising his voice with me and telling me that 'you're not listening'. He refused to accept that HE set my mower up incorrectly. He didn't apologize or accept any accountability at all, decided to argue instead. BESIDES that, the right side steering is so tight that I can barely move it in and out of neutral. Joel assured me that it would loosen up. 50 hours later and it's getting worse, not better. Now I have to get my brand new machine serviced, to check for damage from running the transmission with low fluid and to fix the right arm to what it's supposed to be. And here I thought I was going to buy a mower from them next spring. Never again, not $1. And I'm reporting them to Toro. And I'm ordering direct from Toro in the spring and setting up my own mower, clearly I can't trust the 'professionals'. Since they can't properly set up equipment, since they can't accept accountability, I advise not even walking in these scammers doors.
