It's just ok. You can use the specials in the app but you can't use the app to gain reward points. They also yell at you if you don't tell them ahead of time that you want to use the app coupon. With that being said, the ice cream treats are usually made correctly. It's not very clean inside in the eating area nor behind the counter. They are average in reference to prep time. I have to say, most of the time the staff just seems generally annoyed by everything from my order to even my presence. They just aren't a pleasant bunch. I'm not saying they are mean, just not pleasant. Its not bad for a DQ fix but I recommend the Milkhouse on Keewahdin Rd personally for good ice cream and great service with a smile.

The land of dummy town. Seems to be like that a lot around here anywhere you go to get food whether it’s at Dairy Queen in you supposedly get a burger that’s made fresh but it’s still cold in the middle you ask for no pickle no onion, but pickle onion anywhere from McDonald’s Taco Bell to Dairy Queen it’s hard to find good service but these people want to get paid top dollar I will never eat here again. Stay away from Dairy Queen, pretty much stay away from all fast food and Fort Gratiot and Port Huron

I'm not sure if it's just me or not but the employees here during the evening shift sound very depressing and makes me feel not welcomed in a way I've worked customer service myself for a few years so I understand but please put in more of a effort to sound friendly

Ice cream, ice cream, ice cream!
Ice cream cakes.. (here is a secret), they have sundae size cups with ice cream cake for individuals. At time of posting $2.79 each. If you don't or can't buy a whole cake i totally recommend these icing with sprinkles, vanilla ice cream on top, chocolate fudge crunch in the middle and chocolate ice cream on the bottom

I was AMAZED at the food quality and taste at this location! The burgers weren't just slapped together but looked like their advertising photo! Highly recommended!

Literally filled with children that do not know how to take an order. 3 separate times I've been given the wrong items in my order. Need to fix the speaker in the drive thru, becaue4 obviously the employees can't hear the orders.

They gave me what I wanted, but they overcharged me what is the plus $.59 twice so I’m thinking about candy topping. I did not ask for that and I didn’t get that. Why would I be charge for that?
