If you load/unload here that’s gonna be a disaster. Dealing with the people inside is gonna be one of the worst experiences you’ll ever have! Everyone is very rude, lazy and unorganized! Very badly managed place!

Horrible place to unload. Shipping guy said the 1 hour window time they have does not matter. They unload dropped trailers before people in their trucks in dock. Second time here and last time. First time took 4 hours and second time is over 4 hours. They say they get the parts they need unloaded first doesn’t matter if it’s hours after your appointment. Ford employees need their hands held while they work.
