You're not alone everyone. It's frustrating enough trying to apply for SNAP when you have to CONSTANTLY send them the same information over and over again. But they always use an automated call saying they don't have the paperwork after you have turned in all the proof. It's tiresome enough going through an hour long interview over the phone which has the same information filled out from before. Guess they would rather have people go homeless and hungry. Complete bullshit company.

They will call you about “important information” but can’t even leave a voicemail for if you accidentally miss their phone call. Not only that, I went up there earlier this week with all of the information I was told over the phone that I would need, just to be told I only needed one thing. Fast forward to today, they called I’m sure to say I was missing something they needed (no voicemail after I missed the call). I had everything on me in person to give to them the other day, and even asked them up to three times “Are you completely sure they didn’t need anything else from me because I had everything I was told over the phone I would need with me?” and they said I was good to go.

I got hungry kids. Still waiting on our food stamps. I'm tired of shooting squirrels for food. How about I walk in that office and eat the secretary. I'm a hungry mf and I'll eat people in that office.
