Extremely slow loading process. I spent 8 hours waiting for my truck to be loaded, which caused unnecessary delays in my schedule. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was little to no communication about the delays. If you’re a driver on a tight schedule, I recommend avoiding this warehouse. Very disappointing experience.

I bought a bag of premium deluxe nut mix. I’ve had it before and it was fine. However this bag has some flavor added, not sure if it’s BBQ or maybe hickory, but it isn’t supposed to be in there. I wrote about 2 weeks ago, said I would hear from them in 24-48 hrs, still waiting

Shipping I wanted to find out how many pallets were there for 2 shipments. He said 6. The BOL says 13 pieces. For both orders on the BOLs said 13 pieces. They threw in 6 pallets. He says okay that order is done. Next is 21 pallets? I said may I speak to someone a manager? The other shipping guy said "no." Only one understood English but he kept replying "yes, yes" to every question I had. If York and Commerce get more shipments than called for or are short. I hope they sort it out.

I bought the Pistachios Nut Mix packaged by Food Castle Inc. in Vernon, California. The front of the package stated "Unsalted". The back of the package admitted "Sodium 4 percent" and SALT was listed among in the ingredients. It tasted very salty. The product was advertised "Best Before 01/25/2024." On 12/16/2022, the contents tasted very old to me. I solved the salt problem by rinsing all and slowly drying in an oven., but I won't buy again from this firm.

I have purchased Natrue ToGo / Passion Fruit. I have never eaten passion fruit so perhaps I'm bongers but this tasted like chemicals and leaves a very distinct taste of chemicals. $11.00 down the drain. Very disappointed with this experience.
