Simply art for the eyes and taste buds. The atmosphere at Flowers is light, yet formal enough for any special occasion. The cocktails were beautifully presented with a wide range of choices (although no alcohol free beer, which is too bad because there are a growing number of really good artisan low alcohol beers out there).
The food was as gorgeous as it was sumptuous. We stared with the blue fin tuna bites, which was enough for three of us to have one each (so we ordered two orders), along with the prawn cigars (4 in that order). Amazing.
Our party ordered the diver scallops with a crispy rice cake and pork belly, the Cortez halibut with garlic cream, the duck breast with risotto and cherry chutney, and the misoyaki cod with forbidden rice. All were cooked beautifully (the scallops were a tad overdone but that’s being slightly critical). I would have liked the pork belly to have been a little less done too. But the fried rice cake made up for those slight imperfections.
The forbidden rice and cod was a pleasant surprise, definitely the best cod I’ve ever had and paired with the forbidden rice it was a stellar combination. And the halibut was unbelievably good.
Desserts were also decadently good. We ordered the key lime pie, the deconstructed apple pie, and the bread pudding. We all thought the bread pudding stole the show so if you are limited to just one, go with that.
And the service? Quirky and excellent with our server having a great sense of humour and good recommendations.
Less than full marks for their decaf coffee though, but it may have just been a mechanical failure.
This restaurant is worth coming to, and returning to often!

This is one of the best and finest dinners we have had in a long time. I love the theme where every plate comes out with fresh cut flowers and beautiful Arrangements of food and flowers. The drinks are otherworldly and well worth trying a few. We loved Kiss a bubble. They also take special requests and we're able to see this next to a window so we can enjoy the slow Town hustle and bustle of Saratoga and our dinner. The waiter was such a good host and the light comedian. Plus I loved his mohawk. very upbeat dining that will leave you feeling just right. We will definitely be back to enjoy special occasions at this restaurant in the future. Might I add and continue how good their scallops were and halibut was on point.

I went here with my partner to celebrate my birthday. The service was attentive, and we appreciated the free rose we were greeted with on arrival. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a romantic ambiance.

As far as the food goes, the cod and the pomegranate salad are delicious. The pork bun was wildly overpriced and just tasted like ketchup, I would not eat that again. The most disappointing part of our meal was learning they were out of scallops - the reason we picked this restaurant is because I wanted to eat scallops. I got the swordfish instead and while it was cooked well, it was pretty bland which was disappointing. Desserts were good but lacked a wow factor. Drinks were pretty delicious though.

This is a solid place to celebrate a special occasion, with delicious drinks and some imaginative dishes. It would be exceptional if flavor was more consistent across the menu items, as some dishes are lacking.

Second time here. Menu does change with the season. Not pictured was our starting dish - a delicious salad with pomegranates and creamy burrata cheese and arugula. I love this combination, especially the dressing and cheese. I ordered the misoyaki fish over black forbidden rice - I didn’t leave food behind - it was so delicious, tender, and flavorful. It filled me up, but I still wanted more - my greedy belly 🤣
My wife got half chicken with whipped potatoes/vegetable and didn’t finish it. We also got key lime pie for dessert - yummy! Service was excellent as always! 😋😋😋

Had our anniversary dinner here and the service was great. We also received complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary, which was a really nice treat. Great vegetarian options (Cauliflower steak, salads, and sides).

I celebrated my 30th birthday here, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The entire experience was top-notch, from the drinks and appetizers to the amazing dinner and dessert. Our server, Katelyn truly made my evening special! Her recommendations for drinks and appetizers were spot-on, and she had us laughing and smiling throughout the entire dinner. Her warm and attentive service really enhanced the birthday celebration. If you visit, definitely request her as your server!

What you would expect from a fine dining restaurant in Saratoga.
Food was exquisite, flavorful, and appetizing. Scallops in the risotto were sweet and tasty.

The family enjoyed their dishes of wagyu sliders and other dishes. Highly recommend ending with desserts.
The restaurant decor is lush and has chandeliers and tufted velvet booths throughout inside.

I believe the owner owns Hero Ranch next door which we have frequented also.

Dinner at Flowers was highlighted by attentive service and a lively environment. Given the prices at Flowers, guests expects a lot, and it delivered. The cocktails are tasty and inventive. The prawn appetizers was a winner. I enjoyed my cod well enough, but I think my companion got the better deal with the filet. Regretfully, the key lime pie lacked lime, and was the only major disappointment. What looked like an espresso mousse cup dessert was much better received. Our server was Alex and he was a real pro. We were very well attended. As for the room, it’s relatively small, so the crowd felt lively, making for a fun dining experience. Finally, it was interesting how they integrated flowers into the dishes. It was a subtle integration with the restaurant’s theme which we all enjoyed. I would return to Flowers.
