Tish at Paradise Flowers went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I called day of to send something special to my friend who's dog passed away, and they were able to deliver something beautiful and unique that afternoon. She assured me they would take care of me, and they did not disappoint. Not to mention, my friend lives off the beat and path in Forest Knolls. I've purchased hydrangeas at Paradise Flowers for a while, and they were fine. I was happy enough with the plants, although I did notice that most of the people in the shop were distant and uppity. But in the last couple of months I have purchased plants that have not performed well. These hydrangeas lasted just a few days before they collapsed. I tried to provide first a staff person, and then the owner, with feedback on the plants' quality and I was really taken aback when the owner threw me out of the shop telling me she did not have time for my comments. I was not asking for any financial adjustment and had already purchased another set of plants. However, I was expecting the owner and her staff to be receptive to the feedback and to provide some acknowledgement of the problem. Instead they behaved in a chilly and snotty fashion, telling me to go away. Shop there at your own risk if you have problems. I certainly won't be back. Personally I don't think this person belongs in a retail business.

Paradise Flowers has been here since I was a kid and there is a reason for that - they always pull through! Fresh flowers, beautiful arrangements, proper delivery. I highly recommend them for your floral needs in the area.

Pro Tip: Call any florist directly when you're ordering flowers, don't use 800-Flowers, Teleflora, etc. Those third parties take a huge cut of the final price you pay. Call direct, get more for your money, and more going to the florist.
