I’m not sure what’s happened in the past 72 hours, but the customer service has gone from worst to first!!! Don’t get me wrong, terrible product through and through; but when I reached out to express my disappointment, their CS team circled back with me in a timely manner, and provided an amenable solution. Product 1/10, seemingly newly appointed customer service professionals running the department 10/10

Good product, horrible service, you rarely get what you pay for. Unfortunately, at least three times, I have only received 20% of my large orders upon delivery. To make it worse, when you finally get in touch with customer service, they tell you the products that you ordered, weeks ago, are out of stock. It's like their fulfillment center is incompetent. Supporting a small business and very disappointed.

Purchased the Churro flavored PB Co powder and it arrived in I believe 4 days, so pretty quick. It actually smelled just like churros and I mixed it for just meal replacements and all good stuff here. Was everything I expected it to be and tasted pretty good, will try some of the other flavors as soon as this one runs out.

I tried the salted caramel and blueberry cobbler a friend reccommended and both are disgusting. You would have to be on a super strict eating plan to eat this . Just has after taste and bad taste.
