Fit Fuel is an exceptional place for anyone looking to enjoy delicious, nutritious food! I’ve been consistently impressed by the quality of their meals—flavorful, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. The smoothies are a highlight, too; they’re refreshing and perfect for post-workout refueling.

As a member of their gym, 4 Seasons gym (not located at the same site as the smoothie shop), I find that Fit Fuel complements my fitness journey perfectly. It’s a great option for healthy dining after a workout. If you're looking for a place that fuels your body with great food, Fit Fuel is a must-visit! Highly recommended!

Do not recommend. My friend and i both ordered a smoothie they tasted artificial didn’t taste like they had real fruit in them. My friends smoothie was only 3/4 full. I order a chicken caesar wrap they accidentally gave me the wrong wrap but when they brought out the correct one my chicken was frozen I could barely bite into some pieces because they were so frozen the wrap could of been great if they wouldn’t of served me frozen chicken.

Stay far far away from. First off I was in utter belief how rude the staff was . I felt
Rushed , second I didn’t have time to look
At my food but I was missing one of the 3 wraps I ordered because I was so hurried out the door , and the food was just so plain, and the wraps fella apart, 5/10 taste , I didn’t even finish mine , I ended up just ordering chipotle . Never again

My partner and I are from out of town and stopped here for a quick smoothie. To preface, I’m a pretty healthy person. Upon entering, it was a little odd, there’s like a kitchen section there but you go left and further in to where the register and other areas is with tables, restroom and where they made their smoothies. It was clean, didn’t have any weird smells, the bathroom was also clean. It’s unfortunate the location for them because there’s no windows to visibly see outside in the sitting area.

The people working there were a little awkward but nice. Atmosphere was weird, a little music might have helped with that as it was silent in there.

I got the wild berry, he got some mango smoothie. When we walked in, we noticed all the syrups on the wall…I don’t mind this except that it’s advertised as having fresh fruit and being healthy. They had add ons like protein and other health stuff. We both got protein. The portion was huge which was nice and he gave me a little cup of the extra of my smoothie that didn’t fit in which was nice. Unfortunately, without sugar coating…we hated our drinks. That was probably the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. If there was fresh fruit, I couldn’t taste it. My drink tasted like hubba bubba gum some how which is not something I’m interested in a drink form. My partners drink tasted like sweet syrup with a touch of powder probably because of the protein. The syrup was just an overwhelming syrup/ fake sugar tasting sweet. We could not finish them and ended up tossing it after barely having any.

I cannot speak to any of the actual food as I had none.

My suggestion to this place is focus on smoothies and maybe less of all the add ons. Limit your smoothie menu to be prepared for all of those options. Focus on actual fresh taste. There’s a much better spot right around the corner, you gotta find a way to distinguish yourself and create something desirable. Cut back on those syrups.
