Stopped by today on the way to Yosemite to pick up some cheeses and look at the cows. Alex at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Not only did he suggest some great cheeses, he gave us an as-of-yet unreleased cheese to try and showed us the production of the cheeses. As a bonus, we got to say hi to all the very cute cows. Definitely pop by if you’re in the area!

Wow! My new favorite cheese! It’s amazing and very impressive. I was shopping at the Nugget in Woodland CA and stumbled across a tasting station for Fiscalini Farmstead . A very nice lady told me about the cheeses and sold me on “The Purple Moon Cheddar.” Which is a cheese soaked in Red Wine. If you love wine and cheese this is your baby . Excellent Cheese and not too strong , but very smooth and light . You will be hooked.

First and foremost thank you for sharing your amazing talent with the world. Now I'm a retired Executive Chef for Ritz Carltons property. I have used and eaten to many cheeses to mention. The other day I stopped by my local grocery to get a bit of cheese for a small charcuterie. Movie night at the house. A very nice Red wine as well. I picked up your Wine soaked cheddar cheese just to give it a try. My God man what a mature complex cheese. It sent my pallet on a journey that I loved. Right out of the refrigerator it was very wine forward. A big win. Most of the time it's just colored but this cheddar had a wine ring around it such as a good smoke ring on a brisket. As it came to room temperature the cheese really started to show itself. Texture and flavor was loved by all. This will be a permanent staple in my House. For 5$ I think you could truly charge more for this item. Thank you so much for such a great product

Pretty much the best Spaghetti & Meatballs if had. I liked how the Owner? & Chef spoke Italian to each other.

I bought some aged cheddar that uses their address so presumably it’s the same place. It’s very good and makes me want to try their spaghetti and meatballs that another reviewer mentioned. That’s my favorite dish!

I have not had the pleasure of visiting this place but the heaven's have allowed me to taste many of their cheese's.

I could breath their cheese on a daily basis. If you want to experience cheese at its best, please allow your pallet
a chance to find love.

Omg!! Mitch is amazing! Knowledgeable about the process and was cool to my kids asking questions. The “purple moon” is a must!
