Had a terrible experience after bringing my autistic daughter and her falling and getting hurt I. Was more concerned with her and forgot where I had put what I had purchased. And came back to ask if they saw what I had done with it. And instead of them trying to help me find it I was treated terribly and She even accused me in a subtle way of trying 2 I don't know steal from them. I guess.
when I was never offered A Refund or anything to begin with, and in fact, had let it be known that I considered it a loss if the item which was forty dollars, could not be found. I even asked her to call the man who was working before. Because I figured he saw what I had done with it and instead of her being kind to me. She told me that "we have cameras You know !!" as if I was trying to steal from them.and a $40 dog cage. If you have tattoos be careful. I was treated terribly. When one Why would I have brought the item with me if I was trying to steal it To see if they knew what I did with it and 2. Why would I try to get over on a $40? Item and then when offered to have another item purchased for me by someone in the store , i decline, I told her I did not want her to purchase it for me that I was trying to just figure out what happened to the one I already bought. It's pretty obvious that I was simply trying to find what I had already bought or I would not have asked them to ask the person who literally watched what I did with it to find it!!

I will definitely be getting the items. I need for my new house elsewhere.

My favorite thing to do is walk in, ask for an item and admire the ladies as they pop on over to the item without missing a beat and grab me what I need

Full disclosure--i hit a really low point in my life and I went to a big box feed store to purchase a castration kit which I then used the scalpel to self harm which led to multiple psych stays, a blood transfusion and at one point nearly loosing my life which I can now say I am glad I survived now that I am out of that dark tunnel.

The problem is that self harm can become just addicting as alcoholism or drug addiction and can be just as deadly as such which (just like a recovering alcoholic doesn't frequent bars or liquor stores) is why as part of my recovery I have promised myself and others that I will not visit feed stores where I may be tempted to purchase my preferred item of self destruction

The good news is that the nearest tractor supply store is in Delta or Richfield which means I have quite a drive and can easily talk myself out of it or call a friend and have them talk me out of it and the one feed store in Fillmore is full of friendly faces who know my family and i feel like I'd be betraying them if I purchased said item from a friend, like they would blame themselves for selling it to me if they did, plus chances are they would ask my mom (a nurse) what they had planned for it the next time they saw her making her fully aware I have immediate access to one and all my plans would be foiled as she ransacked my house until they were all accounted for--you know, being a good mom

Being in Fillmore and knowing I can't just pop on down the road to purchase items I could harm myself with has really helped in my recovery even though they probably have absolutely NO IDEA the role they play in my recovery and that makes it that much more special

They also are very knowledgeable and know the answer to everything I've ever asked them

Fillmore Feed has lots of pumpkins, bales of straw and fall flowers plus Fall fertilizer for your lawn. Also it's a great place to shop with friendly and helpful staff.
