I ordered 1000 clear bottles and caps from this company for use in production of a new product. Unfortunately we had massive delays and couldn’t use the bottles until several months later. Upon opening the bottles we noticed they were mostly all damaged and unusable. Their refund states that all returns must happen in 30 days so I was out of luck getting any recourse. This company sells damaged products and has awful quality control. Would NOT recommend buying from them.

Dealing with FH saved our business!! They offered the lowest price so we were able to save on cost. The free and fast shipping helped too! Will definitely order from them again and again. Customer service people were nice to talk to as well and were very helpful with all the questions we had. They really know their products (good job on that).

Ordered a few times with no issues. Recently I had 4 possibly going on 5 significant customer service failures on one order which I needed urgently. Promised call backs did not occur when inquiring about an order. Two customer service emails not replied to. Items marked in stock not in stock for another month. Refund not processed requiring another call.
As I could not get any answer on what was happening with the order I placed a small top up at a very high price with a a local supplier as a back-up. Then I find out they dont have the bottles.
Large amount of time spent calling, being placed on hold and having to resource the product and then still call again about the refund.
We found another source who shipped the full order within hours and was 34% cheaper.

1 star - because zero was not an option. Nothing like adding insult to injury as FH sold my order out from under me after I had committed to the purchase and received a PO from my client. Then they charged me an additional $600 for a local deco shop to coat more bottles. My client waited patiently for this to be fixed. When finally told they were in stock again; arranged for a pickup time - which was delayed. Client accepted the delay and was given a new time. When our truck showed up – the order was still not ready! We were charged a $35 re-schedule fee which I deducted from the balance due after Marvel told me to do so. Invoiced for the full balance; paid -$35 as agreed. Some 55 days later, get a late notice from FH that they hadn't been paid. I confirmed wire transfer sent and received.

At this point, if I could, I would gladly have short paid the order $635.00 or not dealt with FH at all. I never will again and caution others to avoid FH. Truly terrible service.

I have enjoyed working with Rad at FH Packaging. He has been really helpful with getting me the best price for the products that I needed. They have better prices than any other company that I have dealt with. They are also extremely responsive. I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response from Rad. Exceptional customer service!!!
